Program Manager, Los Angeles - Michelle De Luca is a Licensed Esthetician and started volunteering for Lipstick Angels in 2016. She is passionate about giving back to the industry and making a positive impact through her craft. Becoming a part of Lipstick Angels has drastically changed her perspective on life and has given her a humanitarian spirit. She incorporates a holistic approach in her treatment room.
Michelle studied Esthetics at Paul Mitchell in Los Angeles, California where she became a licensed Esthetician. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. She has been featured in Hey Sugarista, Allure, and Marie Claire Magazine. She has completed her GM Collin Dermaceutical Academy Masters Society Program in 2021.
